After just a few months, I went from about 250 pounds to around 200. My abs were beginning to become visible and people at work started to ask questions about what I was doing.


But for me, there was an unexpected outcome of all that hard work…


I began walking around with my chin a little bit higher, with my chest out, and found myself becoming proud of who I was turning into.


One night, after a gnarly leg workout, I remember sitting on my back patio watching my daughters play, I had the biggest breakthrough yet.

This breakthrough is what would eventually become the platform upon which I would build this business.


And this business eventually became what I would spend my life dedicated to.


I realized that it wasn’t until I chose to invest in myself first, that I could become the best version of myself for those I love.


You see, we as men find ourselves in a place where we focus so much on creating a life for those we care most about. We sacrifice our body, our spirit, our mental health, in the name of being a provider.

When I started focusing on improving myself physically, it improved my mental and emotional state.


as I developed a passion for the changes, I was seeing in myself, I also began to study.


I studied personal training, exercise science, psychology, and strength and conditioning. I even pursued a degree in Exercise Science and got tons of fancy certifications.


While I worked to expand my knowledge of the subject and become more involved in the fitness industry, I started to quickly realize that there are a ton of fakers out there.


Fad diets, secret tricks, and magic pills.


Just a bunch of gurus and marketing experts out there who want nothing more than to take advantage of men in their most vulnerable place, trying to better themselves and see results.


By this time, I had already worked with tons of friends, family, and co-workers by giving them programming and advice to lose weight and build muscle.


I was passionate about helping people find the same discovery in themselves that I had made years before.


I wanted to become a source for men to get REAL unbiased information without fear of being judged or criticized for wanted to make a change in their lives.


I wanted to create a place where men could find the resources to better themselves in any and every way.

After scheduling your zero-commitment strategy call, you will be sent a short questionnaire that gives you the opportunity to tell your coach more about you, your goals, and your challenges; and during your call you will review your responses while addressing any questions you have about the program and the training. You will also be given an actionable strategy that you can implement today. This will include methods for adjusting your mindset, nutrition, and training to allow you to take steps toward achieving your goals immediately.


If you choose to start with the Failure Forward Growth Program, our coaches will work together to build your custom program and within 72 hours you will receive an email with a request to schedule a follow up video call. This is where the routine structure, methods, and training are thoroughly outlined and explained.


Once you've started,  you will have access to unlimited messenger and email consultation directly with your coach. Our goal is to make sure that no question is left unanswered. You coach will be available to you around the clock so that you feel confident and secure that someone has your back the whole way through out process and programming.


Each week you will do a 45-minute video check-in with your coach. Here you will have the opportunity to sit down to review your progress and make any adjustments to the training, nutrition, and mindset goals for each week. This may include adjusting exercises, the weights, helping with nutrition advice, or giving you mental strategies to be sure that your progress is never halted.
