Fireteams is a 12-week, team-based transformation program built around three phases—each one designed to push you physically, mentally, and emotionally.

You and 19 other men.

Twelve weeks.

  • Follow a structured meal plan

Meet Josh Holyfield, an Army Veteran with over 15 years of experience supporting the US Army and Special Operations. Since discovering his passion for fitness in 2005, he has used it to overcome the mental and emotional challenges of military service and transitioning to civilian life.

In 2019, he founded "The Josh Holyfield Project," and has since helped over 50,000 men transform their bodies and minds using sustainable habit-building techniques. With a track record of building and scaling two 7-figure online businesses, Josh now dedicates his time to empowering men worldwide through coaching and programming that fosters lasting change.

Meet Coach James Childress, a retired U.S. Army SFC with 15 years of service and over 20 years of experience in various fitness arenas, including CrossFit, powerlifting, and strongman competitions. His wealth of knowledge and diverse background has made him a highly certified professional with qualifications such as ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Level 3 Strength and Conditioning Coach (SSCI), Nutrition and Hydration Certification (NSA), and Certified Life Coach (NSA).

James has always had a passion for helping others improve their physical and mental well-being. He strongly believes that fitness is a cornerstone to living a fulfilling life, and his dedication to his clients' success is evident in the tailored programs he develops to suit their individual needs.

Meet John Tiano, a Personal Development Coach and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field. A pro bodybuilder and black belt in five martial arts styles, John has competed in MMA, Muay Thai, and motocross, and even served as a sergeant in law enforcement.

Dedicated to his athletes' success, John's passion and purpose lie in helping others unlock their full potential and achieve their goals. With a diverse background in fitness disciplines, he thrives on witnessing the transformative impact his coaching has on their lives and those around them.

Meet Your Head Coach

Josh Holyfield is an Army Veteran with over 15 years experience deploying and supporting the US Army and Special Operations.


He started weightlifting in 2005 and has been studying exercise science and nutrition as a hobby since. 


Josh used fitness as a way to help him overcome the mental and emotional challenges of serving in the military during combat deployments then transitioning from that career to become a civilian in the workforce. 


After his military service, he pursued a degree in Exercise Science and worked as a federal contractor, federal employee, e-commerce entrepreneur, and runs an organization that focuses on assisting veterans with their transition from the military and achieving their goals while using health and fitness as a staple for his teaching.


After starting Josh Holyfield Personal Development in 2019, he transitioned from his career in federal service to coach and train men full time.

Nothing is worse than going on a diet and being stuck eating the same bland foods day in and day out. Our goal is to give you the tools you need to eat foods you enjoy while feeling full and satisfied - still seeing the results you want. 


Each client is given a custom crafted meal plan with daily intake calculated for them. Each meal plan comes with a schedule, shopping list, and recipes so you can see what right looks and feels like. 


By the end of your coaching experience you'll have learned the skills needed to craft your own nutritional protocol based on changes in your goals, lifestyle, or preference.
